HYATT Regency Phnom Penh, Hotel: Monday 31 July 2023 the project implementation unit of MEF-TR for ACSEP output 1 been arranged On-Lend Launching Ceremony. The ceremony chaired by H.E.Mey Vann Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance- ACSEP output 1 project director. The On-Lend launching ceremony joined by H.E.SOK Dara TR-General Director-ACSEP output 1 Project Manager and participated by MR.Anthony Robert GILL ADB’Head of Portfolio, H.E. ING Vanna under Secretary of State of Ministry of Rural Development, MEF representative, Deputy Provincial Governor of the ACSEP target provinces, PDAFF chief, MAFF-PMU/PIU2, PIU2-PIC, MRD-PIU3, SPNB, ARDB and sub-loan borrower with total of 78 persons (26 females). After the welcome remark of H.E.Project Manager with brief progress report and the expression remark on the event of MR.Anthony R.Gill, H.E.MEY Vann been do officially announcement on loan operation for ACSEP. The providing of initial loan hand over certificate been celebrated between MEF-TR-PIU and PFIs after the official announcement. Loan providing ceremony by SPNB and ARDB representative worth 120.000 and 50.000 USDollar to two AC representative - sub borrower (1 from Otdar Meanchey and 1 from Preah Vihear Province) been also made at that time.
