On Wednesday Afternoon 20 July 2023 The Project Implementation Unit of MEF-TR for ACSEP Output 1 been conducted of virtual technical meeting with Participatory Financial Institution (PFIs). There are totally of 16 persons (4 females) join the meeting. The meeting facilitated by Mr.PO Sam Ang ACSEP Output 1 operation chief and the topics bring to discuss are as following:
1. Discussion of the arrangement of on-lend lunching ceremony which scheduled on July 31, 2023;
2. Progress of on-lending of PFIs after received loan-fund into account;
3. The arrangement of Loan Matching Workshop between PFIs with Sub-Borrowers in target provinces;
4. Others matter and suggestion
In Result:
1. The PFIs will provide PIU1 name of sub-borrowers who will invite to join the loan hand-over signing ceremony and Name of their CEO participate the ceremony by 25 July 2023;
2. Status of on-lending after got the loan-fund haven't yet release up to date, However PFIs been contacted to all target sub-borrowers which existing in the list provided by MAFF-PMU and under evaluation processing. PFIs expected can release loan to potential sub-borrowers by end of July and or from August, 2023;
3. Regarding to loan matching workshop between PFIs and sub-borrowers the meeting said that it is very important activity that may bring the sub-borrowers have a close connect with the local PFIs. Anyway, PFIs proposed to conduct the event from province by province because it will got more effective than combine with together.
4. For other matters and suggestion: PFIs been request MEF-TR PIU1 to conduct of addition refreshment training on GoG, ESMS, Financial Literacy and Book-Keeping.
In conclussion: On behalf of MEF-TR for ACSEP Output 1 Project Manager and Project Director, Mr.Po Sam Ang been accepted all suggestion from PFIs and suggested to TA.FSCs do further follow-up with action accordingly.
